01How are fees calculated?
For Shopify orders the app uses the transaction fees Shopify reports. Until Shopify reports them, it estimates Shopify Payments fees from your plan. For Etsy, eBay and Amazon orders, the ShopTrueProfit fee engine applies each marketplace's 2026 fee rules.
02Which marketplace files can I import?
An Etsy "Orders" CSV export as is, or the ShopTrueProfit template (one row per order) for eBay, Amazon or Etsy. Files can be up to 2 MB and 5,000 rows. Re-importing the same order updates it instead of duplicating it.
03How does billing work?
Plans are billed through your Shopify invoice using Shopify's billing system. Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial, and charges stop when you uninstall.
04What happens to my data when I uninstall?
The app stops accessing your store immediately, and all of your shop's data is permanently deleted when Shopify sends its shop data erasure request.
