ShopTrueProfit: Fee & Profit ("the app") is made by VNCNT Labs. This policy explains what store data the app reads when you install it on your Shopify store, and what we do with it.
01What we access
Order financial details: totals, discounts, shipping, tax, refunds, payment fees, line-item quantities and SKUs (Shopify scope read_orders, and read_all_orders on paid plans for history older than 60 days), plus product unit costs (read_products, read_inventory). We do not request or store customer names, emails, phone numbers or addresses.
02Why
Only to calculate your fees and profit per order and show them to you inside your Shopify admin. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties.
03Storage and security
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the United States. Shopify access tokens are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and all traffic uses HTTPS. Marketplace CSV files you upload (Etsy, eBay, Amazon) are read for amounts only; any buyer details in them are discarded and never stored.
04Subprocessors
Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and database). Shopify (billing for app subscriptions).
05Retention and deletion
When you uninstall the app we stop accessing your store immediately. When Shopify sends its shop data erasure request (shop/redact), we permanently delete all of your shop's data. Customer data requests and customer erasure requests are answered automatically: the app holds no customer personal data.
06Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your shop's data or for its deletion at any time by emailing us. If you are in the EEA, UK or California you have the rights given by GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA, including access, correction and deletion.
